Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

08:00: Pick-up at Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House (if booked transfer).

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, check-in.

12:00: Tender transfer to cruise. Warm welcome with drink and safety briefing. Check-in cabin.

13:00: Lunch served onboard while cruising past Finger Islet, Candle Islet, and limestone karsts.

15:30: Kayaking or swimming at Tra Bau floating village.

17:00 – 18:30: Cooking class & Happy Hour on sundeck.

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour.
From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
