DAY 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO (L, D)
08:00 – 08:30: Pick-up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, short break en route.
11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at Halong International Harbor.
12:15: Embark by tender, check-in, enjoy welcome drinks and cruise briefing.
13:00: Lunch served while cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay.
15:00: Kayaking in Cong Do area.
17:00 – 18:30: Sunset on sundeck with drinks & cooking demonstration.
19:15: Dinner onboard (indoor or outdoor).
21:00: Night squid fishing.
22:30: Overnight onboard.
DAY 2: HALONG BAY – PEARL FARM – TRINH NU CAVE (B, L, D)
06:30: Tai Chi on sundeck with tea/coffee.
07:00: Light breakfast with pastries.
08:30 – 09:00: Transfer by day boat to explore Halong Bay.
09:30: Visit Pearl Farm and Fishing Farm.
11:00 – 12:15: Kayaking at Trinh Nu Cave and swimming.

Booking & Payment Policies
Payment Terms
To secure the booking, a 30% deposit is required after confirmation.
The remaining 70% balance must be settled at least 30 days before departure.
Accepted methods: PayPal, international bank transfer, or credit card (transaction fees may apply).
Service confirmation is valid only after Sundara Vietnam receives the deposit.Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:-
Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
