Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY (L, D)
08:00 – 08:30: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Short break on the way.
11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at Halong International Harbor.
12:15: Transfer by tender, embark cruise, check-in, enjoy welcome drinks and cruise briefing.
13:00: Lunch served while cruising to Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring limestone formations.
15:00: Kayak in Cong Do area for closer exploration of the bay.
17:00 – 18:30: Sunset time on the sundeck with drinks and cooking demonstration.
19:15: Dinner served inside or on deck (weather dependent).
21:00: Night squid fishing.
22:30: Overnight onboard.
DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY – VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE – HANOI (B, L)
06:30: Tai Chi session on sundeck.
07:00: Light breakfast with coffee, tea and pastries.
07:30: Bamboo boat excursion to Vung Vieng floating village.
09:00 – 09:15: Check-out, settle bills. Cruise back to port.
09:30: Buffet brunch on board.
10:45 – 11:00: Disembark.
11:15 – 11:30: Return to Hanoi, arrive around 14:30–14:45.

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:-
Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
