DAY 1: Halong International Harbour – Bai Tu Long Bay

12:00 – Check-in at Halong International Harbour. Complete luggage check-in at the waiting lounge before boarding.

12:45 – Transferred by tender boat to Signature Cruise. Welcome drink, safety briefing, and itinerary introduction.

13:00 – Lunch is served at the restaurant while cruising toward Bai Tu Long Bay.

15:00 (Summer, Apr–Oct) – Kayaking and swimming at Cong Do area.

14:45 (Winter, Nov–Mar) – Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village – kayaking.

16:00 – Return to the cruise, free time or massage service (advance booking).

17:30 – Cooking class with the Head Chef.

All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and operated by experienced drivers. Pick-up and drop-off available at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:-
Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
