DAY 1: Halong International Harbour – Bai Tu Long Bay

  • 12:00 – Warmly welcomed at Halong International Harbour. Complete luggage check-in at the lounge before tender transfer.

  • 12:45 – Board the cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing, and itinerary introduction.

  • 13:00 – Lunch is served while cruising toward Bai Tu Long Bay.

  • 15:00 (Summer, Apr–Oct) – Kayaking and swimming at Cong Do area.

  • 14:45 (Winter, Nov–Mar) – Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village, famous for pearl cultivation.

  • 16:00 – Return to the cruise for relaxation or book a massage.

  • 17:30 – Vietnamese cooking demonstration with the Head Chef.

  • 18:00–19:00 – Happy Hour: Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

  • 19:00 – Fusion set menu dinner.

  • 21:00 onwards – Evening leisure: movie, mini-games, squid fishing, or spa.

DAY 2: Thien Canh Son Cave – Bai Tu Long Bay – Halong Harbour

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

  • Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

  • Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
