Weather-related Policy
👉 Note: All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay must obtain official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight on the bay.
In the event of adverse weather conditions (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.), the Bay Management Authority will suspend all overnight cruise operations to ensure the safety of travelers.
In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will offer the following options:

Important Note: The Bay Management Authority often issues cancellation notices very late, sometimes while guests are already on tour.
