Paradise Sails is a traditional Vietnamese wooden junk, designed for an authentic yet elegant Halong Bay experience. With only 16 spacious cabins, the cruise combines classic design with modern comfort, offering guests an intimate journey through the UNESCO World Heritage site. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Tuan Chau – Titop Island – Luon Cave – Overnight on board

Arrive at Tuan Chau Island, check-in and enjoy welcome drinks with a safety briefing.

Paradise Sails departs for Halong Bay. Lunch is served while cruising past Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, and Fighting Cock Islet.

Visit Titop Island: hike to the peak for panoramic views or swim at the sandy beach.

Explore Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak.

Anchor at the overnight spot. Enjoy Happy Hour (17:30 – 18:30), a Vietnamese cooking class, and a deluxe dinner on board.

Evening options: squid fishing, drinks at the bar, or relaxing on deck.
Day 2: Sung Sot Cave – Tuan Chau Marina

Morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck.

Light breakfast served.

Visit Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.

Return to the boat for a premium buffet brunch.

Cruise back past Thien Cung, Dau Go, and Fighting Cock Islet.

Check out and disembark at Tuan Chau Marina around 10:30.

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.

If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note

The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
