Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay

07:45 – 08:30: Pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter hotels (for guests booking transfer service).

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Port. Check-in at Le Journey Waiting Lounge.

12:30: Transfer by tender to Le Journey Elegance Cruise. Welcome drink, safety briefing, and cabin check-in.

13:20: Lunch onboard while cruising through Lan Ha Bay, passing Turtle Islet and Candle Islet.

15:30: Kayaking and swimming at Tra Bau area – filming site of Kong: Skull Island.

17:00 – 18:00: Sunset Party and Cooking Class (Vietnamese spring rolls). Happy Hour: Buy 2, get 1 free.

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
