Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay

08:00 – 08:30: Pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter (if booked transfer service).

11:30: Arrive at La Regina Private Lounge, Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome drink and express check-in.

12:15: Transfer by tender to La Regina Grand Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and safety briefing.

13:00: Delicious lunch served while cruising to Lan Ha Bay.

15:30: Visit Light and Dark Cave – kayak or bamboo boat, swim in emerald waters.

17:30: Sunset Party with “Happy Hour” & Cooking Class (Vietnamese spring rolls).

19:00: Dinner on sundeck or at Ha Long Bar & Restaurant (depending on weather).

Day 2 | Viet Hai Village – Ba Trai Dao Beach

08:00: Day boat trip to Viet Hai village. Bike ~30 minutes through rice fields and tunnel cave to the local village, visit traditional houses and learn about local life.

15:00: Relax and swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach – the most beautiful beach in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy kayaking in the crystal-clear waters.

Day 3 | Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Hanoi

07:30: Transfer to Gia Luan Port, visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island (~30 minutes by car).

09:30: Return to cruise, relax and check out. Luggage will be transferred by staff.

All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and operated by experienced drivers. Pick-up and drop-off available at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour.

From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
