Itinerary (2 Days 1 Night)
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay

08:00 – 08:30 Pick up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (optional).

12:15 – 12:30 Check in aboard with welcome drink while the manager gives a safety briefing; the boat cruises forward to Bai Tu Long Bay.

13:15 Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch in the restaurant.

15:30 Discover Thien Canh Son Cave (on top of a mountain) with long geological history and natural beauty. Recommend bringing a camera and wearing sport shoes for hiking.

17:30 Enjoy the beautiful sunset on the bay and join Happy Hour.

18:00 Cooking class on sundeck with deep-fried spring rolls – a unique Vietnamese flavor.

19:30 Weather permitting, dinner will be served on the sundeck or in the restaurant.
After dinner: your choice of squid fishing, spa (charge fees) or relaxing.
Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

06:30 Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck.

07:00 Light breakfast served in the dining room.

07:45 Visit Vung Vieng floating fishing village – one of the biggest in Ha Long Bay. Learn about fishermen’s life and choose bamboo boat or kayaking.

09:00 – 09:30 Back to the main boat to relax and check out at reception. Please place your luggage outside your cabin door; our crew will bring it ashore.

09:45 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

11:00 Disembark at the harbor. End of services.

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay must obtain official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight on the bay.
In the event of adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.), the Authority will suspend overnight cruise operations for safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices at very short notice. This can occur even when guests are already on tour. From August to October, weather can be highly unpredictable and late cancellations are more likely.
