Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave – Titop Island

07:30 – 08:00: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong (for guests using Limousine/shuttle bus).

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina (No. 12). Warm welcome at waiting lounge, check-in procedure.

12:00: Board Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and cold towel, then check into your cabin.

12:30: Lunch at the luxury restaurant while cruising toward Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island.

14:30: Visit Titop Island – hike to the summit for panoramic views or swim at the sandy beach.

16:00: Explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest cave in Halong Bay, famous for unique stalactites and stalagmites.

17:30 – 18:00: Sunset Party with tea, coffee, and snacks. Participate in Cooking Class (Vietnamese floating rice cake).

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
