Day 1: Tuan Chau – Halong – Lan Ha Bay – Frog Lagoon Area
11:30 – 11:45 Welcome at Capella Cruise Center, Tuan Chau Port (Lot 20b). Complete check-in procedures.
12:00 – 12:45 Transfer by tender boat to Capella Cruise.
12:45 – 13:00 Welcome drink and safety briefing by Cruise Manager and crew.
13:00 – 14:30 Lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant. Cruise towards Lan Ha Bay.
15:00 – 16:30 Anchoring at Frog Lagoon area. Outdoor activities: Oasis Pool, Jacuzzi, Inflatable Water Slide, Mini-Golf.
17:00 – 18:00 Relax at Spirit of the Sea Lounge and Ocean Sky Sundeck. Happy Hour “Buy 2 get 1 free.”
18:00 – 18:45 Cooking demonstration guided by chefs.
19:00 – 20:30 Dinner at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
20:45 Evening activities: movie at Spirit of the Sea Lounge, karaoke at Sea Melody Theatre, board games at Cigar & Poker Club, squid fishing, or relaxing on your private balcony.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village – Ba Trai Dao Beach
06:00 – 06:15 Tai Chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck.
06:15 – 07:30 Light breakfast at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
08:00 – 09:00 Transfer to Viet Hai pier by speedboat, then bike or electric car ride to Viet Hai village. Visit an ancient house, try fish massage, learn to make rice rolls.
11:00 Transfer to Ba Trai Dao beach for swimming or relaxing.
12:00 Return to Capella Cruise. Free time before lunch.
13:00 Lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
15:00 – 15:45 Vietnamese tea ceremony onboard.
17:00 – 17:30 Explore the wheelhouse and meet the captain.
17:00 – 18:00 Happy Hour “Buy 2 get 1 free” on the sundeck.

09:00 – 09:30 Return to Capella Cruise, pack luggage.

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour.
