Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay (Lunch, Dinner)

11:00: Check-in at Ambassador’s Lounge, Halong International Cruise Port.

11:45: Transfer by speedboat to Ambassador Signature at Gia Luan Pier.

12:30: Welcome briefing at Piano Lounge/restaurant.

12:45: Buffet lunch while cruising Lan Ha Bay.

15:00: Excursion to Viet Hai Village – explore local life, ancient houses, fish lakes, bee houses, or try a fish foot massage. Guests not joining may enjoy afternoon tea, spa*, or sundeck relaxation onboard.

17:30: Sunset cooking class, canapés & Happy Hour.

19:00: Michelin-standard dinner on sundeck (weather permitting), accompanied by live band music (no band on Mondays). Dress code: formal/semi-formal/smart casual.

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.

If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note

The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
