Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay

07:45 – 08:30: Pick-up at Hanoi Old Quarter hotels (for guests booking shuttle/limousine service).

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Port. Check in at Le Journey Waiting Lounge.

12:30: Transfer by tender to Le Journey Elegance Cruise. Welcome drink, safety briefing, and cabin check-in.

13:20: Lunch served while cruising through Halong and Lan Ha Bay, passing Turtle Islet and Candle Islet.

15:30: Visit Tra Bau area – enjoy kayaking and swimming at the famous filming site of Kong: Skull Island.

17:00 – 18:00: Sunset Party and Cooking Class (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls). Happy Hour: Buy 2, get 1 free.

19:15: Gala Dinner on sundeck (weather permitting). Gourmet Vietnamese cuisine by 5-star chefs.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Halong Bay – Hanoi

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
