Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave – Titop Island

07:45 – 08:30: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong (for guests using Limousine/shuttle bus).

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina (No. 12). Warm welcome at waiting lounge, check-in procedures.

12:00: Board Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and cold towel, then check into your cabin.

12:30: Vessel departs, cruising through Halong Bay. Lunch served at restaurant.

14:30: Visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay with unique rock formations.

16:00: Explore Titop Island: hike to the top for panoramic views or swim in the clear water.

17:30 – 18:00: Return onboard. Join Sunset Party, afternoon tea, and Cooking Class (traditional floating rice cake).

Weather-related Policy
All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.
If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Note
The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour. From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
