11:30 – 11:45 Warmly welcomed at Tuan Chau International Marina (Lot 20b). Complete the check-in procedure at the waiting lounge.
12:00 – 12:45 Transfer by tender boat to Capella Cruise.
12:45 – 13:00 Welcome drink and safety briefing from Cruise Manager and crew.
13:00 – 14:30 Lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant as the cruise heads to Lan Ha Bay.

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.

If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

  • Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

  • Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note

  • The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour.

  • From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
