Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L, D)

  • 12:30 Welcome onboard at Alisa Harbor, Tuan Chau.

  • 13:00 Lunch served while cruising past local fishing villages.

  • 14:30 – 15:30 Visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave – the largest in Halong Bay.

  • 15:30 – 16:30 Kayaking or bamboo boat at Luon Cave.

  • 18:00 Join cooking class, Happy Hour, and sunset party on the sundeck.

  • 19:30 Dinner at the onboard restaurant.

  • 20:30 Evening leisure: squid fishing, karaoke, or relaxing on deck.

Day 2: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)

  • 06:45 – 07:30 Breakfast onboard.

  • 07:30 – 08:30 Visit Titop Island (hike to the top for panoramic views or swim at sandy beach).

  • 09:45 Check-out procedures and luggage assistance.

  • 09:45 – 10:30 Early lunch served while cruising back.

  • 11:00 Disembark at Alisa Harbor.

  • 12:00 Transfer back to Hanoi (if using Alisa transfer service).

Weather-related Policy

All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay require official permission from the Bay Management Authority to stay overnight.

If adverse weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.) occurs, the Authority will suspend overnight operations to ensure safety. In such cases, Sundara Vietnam will:

  • Assist with rescheduling to another available date that suits your itinerary, or

  • Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Important Note

  • The Authority may issue cancellation notices on very short notice, sometimes even when guests are already on tour.

  • From August–October, weather is more unpredictable and late announcements are more likely.
